How much does your service cost?
For most services, prices have already been formed and you can see them in the section with prices. But in some cases, the cost of work depends on the complexity of the project and is calculated individually by hourly payment.
How can I pay?
We accept payments by credit card, as well as payments to PayPal. We work on an advance payment of 50%, in case of force majeure on our part, we refund the advance payment within a few days. In case of problems on your part, we will withhold the prepayment amount until the problem is resolved.
Can I have a refund If I don't like it or change my mind?
After a prepayment of 50%, we immediately start designing. If you change your mind a few hours after the prepayment was made, we can consider a refund, but we do not refund money for work that has already begun or has already been done, because you cannot return our time.

How long time does the design take?
Usually, work on covers takes no more than 4-6 days, logos take about 4-7 days. The rest depends on the complexity.
Can I get the service in 24 hours?
Yes! Use the "Express" item in INQUIRE to receive your design within 24 hours. In this case, the price will be multiplied by x2.
